You’ll strengthen your professional skills, grow as a professional and leader, and gain the confidence to facilitate engaging, hands-on learning and academic enrichment experiences for students.

CREATIVE TEAM
Professionals in Media and Communications
We’re also seeking talented students for our Creative Media Team—storytellers who can capture the magic of our CAMP experiences through photography, video, and digital storytelling. You’ll document student impact through photos and videos, create inspiring videos, write feature articles, and help share our mission through social media and web publications outreach.
Our Creative Team uses the latest visual arts technology and generative AI tools to expand our reach, amplify our message, and celebrate student success across all communities we serve.

The College 1st Team members accumulate relevant professional experience. Many of our alumni have advanced to careers or graduate studies with leading organizations such as:
SpaceX, Intel, Toyota, Samsung, Doctors Hospital at Renaissance, Texas Instruments, Halliburton, Federal and State Agencies, Non-Profit Organizations, School Districts, Architecture & Construction Firms, Law Enforcement Agencies, and Financial Institutions.
Others have earned admission to Medical, Law, Dental, Residency and Graduate Programs at universities including UTRGV, Baylor, TCU, NYU, and others nationwide.
